A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
Upon receipt of such notices, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to removing or disabling access to the infringing material, notifying the accused party of the infringement, and terminating access to and use of our services for any user or third-party seller who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and associated policies.
