Australia-wide Shipping

We infuse a personal touch into every delivery, ensuring that your item arrives not merely as a package, but as a heartfelt gesture.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 automatically at checkout, while orders over $200 are eligible for Express Shipping.

For orders under $150, a $10 flat shipping fee is applied for Regular Shipping and a $15 for Express Shipping.

In most cases, your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post. In some cases, they might be sent via other reputable courier services.

Tracking details will be included in your Order confirmation email.
We ship parcels daily, 5 days a week, out of Adelaide, South Australia.

*Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. WA, NT, and rural deliveries may take extra time. Shipping times are estimate only and beyond our control.
Adelaide customers usually receive their delivery within 1 – 3 days of ordering.

Interstate customers should receive their delivery within 2 – 5 days, while our country town customers should receive it within 3 – 7 days.

Item Tracking

Please note, Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the courier services (e.g. Australia Post) website once you receive your tracking number.

International Shipping

Presently we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are keen on an order, please Contact Us to discuss your needs for a custom shipping calculation and invoicing.

Lost Items

We do not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses by our customers. Your parcel is sent with a tracking number, and if a parcel gets lost in transit, you will be responsible for dealing directly with Australia Post or the relevant courier service by providing the tracking number.
