Return & Refund Policy
All items are BRAND NEW.
No in-person pick-ups or returns are allowed from/to our warehouse in Adelaide.
To organize a return, you should first contact us at returns@redlily.au within 7 days of receiving the item. When you Contact Us, please refer to your Invoice number, description of your item/s, the reason for the return, and your preferred contact details.
We do NOT refund if you have changed your mind, made the wrong selection, wrong size, decided you no longer want the goods, or just don’t like them. In that case, you can ask for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.
The customer is to pay postage cost if they want to and is eligible to EXCHANGE an item.
We will REFUND, EXCHANGE, or offer STORE CREDIT if the item is faulty or damaged, and communication has been made within 7 days of receiving the item, and following our instructions, you posted the item within 10 days.
Items being returned must be neatly folded and in unused brand-new condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. Although not required, it is suggested you track returns, as we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item has been worn, used, or is damaged in any way during a fit on, you will NOT be entitled to a refund or exchange.
If eligible for a REFUND, the payment is returned to the account that you paid your order with.
Returns that we receive cannot be sent back to the customer for any of the following reasons;
Items returned by the customer outside the 10-day window.
In our view, the item being worn, used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
Sale items (discounted over 20% of the RRP)
When the purchased item is intact; however, the Gift Box is defective or damaged during transit.
When the purchased item is intact; however, any free accessories we sent have defects or were damaged during transit.
Please note that the above 7-day and 10-day deadlines include the weekends and public holidays.
